Project & Lab Experiments Letter

Is anyone help me cz I have cleared all sub of section b in summer 2013 & I had filled form for project & lab Exp. for winter 2013 session but problem is that till today I have not received any letter regarding this from IEI only project guide & college name were displayed online on website. So, what to do next???
Plz help me!!!
